Scholarship Details:

- Amount per Recipient: ₦200,000

- Duration: One academic year
Eligibility:

- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited higher institution.

- Studying science or engineering-related courses.
-
- Open to students in 100-level and above.
-
- Mandatory: Applicants must complete at least one free À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ online course and explain the skills learned in their personal statement.
Priority Consideration:
À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ student members will be given priority in the selection process. Non-members are encouraged to join À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ to enhance their chances of selection.
How to Complete the Free À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ Course:
As part of the application process, you are required to enroll in and complete one of À¶Ý®Ö±²¥’s free online courses. These courses are designed to develop practical skills in engineering and science. Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion, which you must reference in your personal statement.
Application Process:
The application process is in 3 stages as follows:

- Register on the À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ website as a student member (for non-members)

- Complete a free À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ online course of your choice .

- Submit your personal statement (500-750 words), explaining the skills you learned from the course and how they apply to your academic or career goals here. NB. Provide proof of enrollment,Ìýstudent ID and Include your À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ membership number (if applicable).

- Optional: Join our Telegram channel to get the latest updates to participate in our weekly or monthly students giveaway prize challenges, and stay informed on new course challenge. Click to join!
Personal Statement Guidelines:
Your personal statement should cover:

- Your background and educational journey.

- Your passion for engineering/science.
-
- Academic and extracurricular achievements.
-
- Challenges you’ve overcome.
-
- Career goals and alignment with À¶Ý®Ö±²¥’s mission.

- Skills gained from the À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ course: Describe the skills you learned from the free À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ course and how they contribute to your academic or career development.
Selection Criteria:
Candidates will be evaluated based on:

- À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ student membership status.

- Quality and content of the personal statement.

- Demonstrated passion for engineering/science.
-
- Completion of a À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ course and explanation of learned skills.

- Alignment with À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ values and mission.

Additional Information:

- Successful applicants will be expected to participate in À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ events and mentorship programs.

- Non-members selected for the scholarship will receive a complimentary one-year À¶Ý®Ö±²¥ student membership.
